Our client, a multinational BPO company, is currently seeking a dedicated French-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator (Remote/On-site) to join their team in Greece. In this role, you will ensure that all user-generated content complies with community guidelines and standards, actively contributing to a positive and safe user experience.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts).
Monitoring user interactions and taking appropriate action against violations (issuing warnings or bans).
Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent moderation policies.
Understanding and implementing client policies and guidelines effectively.
Fluency in French (B2-C2)
Very good command of English (B2-C2)
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
