Responsibilities
Manage incoming chat and emails.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Fluency in Swedish(C1 - C2)
Very good command of English(B2 – C1)
Good MS Office skills.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
