Join Aprio’s Business Operations - Finance Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Billing and Project Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support the Tech Advisory team by processing billing on a regular basis
- Add jobs to client accounts
- Update billing rates as needed
- Continuously monitor for newly onboarded clients
- Ensure billing setups are accurate, timely, and aligned with team needs
- Identify opportunities to improve and document billing processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with billing or CRM software a plus
- Prior experience in a professional services or technology environment preferred
- Amenable to work on a hybrid work arrangement
- Amenable to work on a night shift (8pm-5am)
