Join Aprio’s People + Culture team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a People + Culture Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This position is responsible for day-to-day learning and onboarding coordination, with the expectation that over time, the role will broaden to cover a wider set of People + Culture coordination activities, including firm-wide HR Business Partner support
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the local portion of new employee orientation while working with department leaders to create onboarding and training agendas as well as scheduling meetings for both self-led and instructor-led trainings to ensure a seamless new hire transition.
- Responsible for the ambassador process including working with hiring leaders to assign the ambassador and educate new ambassadors on their responsibilities as needed.
- Coordinate with all leaders and departments trainers to continually enhance new hire onboarding and training.
- Act as the liaison between local leaders and Aprio operational teams in HR, IT and other departments as needed.
- Assist department trainers in maintaining new hire and intern agendas for onboarding and training and updating basic training materials as needed.
- Coordinate with Learning and Development for more complex changes to new hire training.
- Support HR Business Partners in providing support to the business as needed
- Completing and tracking the job requisition process
- Organize and facilitate 30, 60, 90 day reviews as well as exit interviews.
- Summarize results and share back HRBP to help ensure employee retention and to develop people leaders.
- Assist team members in navigating Aprio policies and processes.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Understand and comply with the Company’s policies, procedures, and work rules.
- Complete miscellaneous research, reports, and projects as requested.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR related field preferred.
1+ years of administrative experience, preferably within People + Culture/ Human Resources.
Comfortability with coordinating orientation/training schedules with L&D and stakeholders; detail-oriented and able to juggle priorities.
Familiarity with onboarding and HRIS systems preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft 365/Teams; able to learn HR systems quickly (Workday preferred).
Strong customer-service mindset; able to deliver a great new-hire first impression and help employees get productive quickly.
Previous professional services experience preferred.
