Job Description
ARHS Group β part of Accenture- is looking for a hands-on Functional Analyst HR to reinforce a dynamic ICT team working on a large-scale HR transformation program. You will play a key role in the delivery of a HR Connector platform (AWS serverless), enabling seamless integration between multiple HR systems (payroll, time management, LMS, recruitment).
Qualifications
- You are a pragmatic and hands-on Functional Analyst with a strong delivery mindset
- You quickly integrate into ongoing projects
- You take ownership end-to-end, from analysis to implementation follow-up and testing
- You proactively contribute to user story definition and refinement with the Product Owner and team
- You are comfortable challenging external partners and collaborating across technical teams (infrastructure, architecture, security, B2B)
- You demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- A results-driven mindset with focus on quality and deadlines
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good understanding of the other national language
Technical skills
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, within the HR domain
- Solid understanding of HR systems such as payroll, time management, LMS, and recruitment tools
- Strong technical affinity (integration concepts, APIs, data flows, etc.)
- Experience with complex system integrations (point-to-point or platform-based)
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology
- Ability to:
- Perform functional and impact analyses
- Support implementation and configuration
- Contribute to testing and validation
- Assist with operational support (incident & ticket resolution)

- Hybrid setup: 3β4 days remote work
