We were founded in 1991 as Senior Vision Services Inc. We bring dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care directly to residents in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care communities across the U.S. Our dental services include exams, preventative care, restorative work, and prosthodontics. For vision, we offer exams, eye disorder treatment and monitoring, and eyewear. Our hearing services cover exams, assistive hearing support, and ear health. We also provide podiatry care. We help residents with insurance by offering enrollment assistance for Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, or private pay. Our goal is to minimize costs for facilities and residents. We handle billing and insurance claims with a dedicated care management team. We have over 20 years of experience, serving more than 100,000 residents in over 2,500 skilled nursing facilities across more than 20 states. Our patient satisfaction rate is 98%.

Our team includes dentists, optometrists, audiologists, and podiatrists, alongside professionals in account management, sales, clinical support, billing, and scheduling. Our clinicians provide daily onsite care in nursing communities. Support teams handle logistics, billing, and scheduling so clinicians can focus on patients. We have corporate offices in Overland Park, KS, Omaha, NE, and Blountstown, FL. Some roles are remote or location-specific.
