We started in 2003 as a specialty medical group, providing bedside care to neurocognitively impaired residents in long-term care facilities. We operate within the medical practices industry and have 51-200 employees.

We offer psychiatric, psychological, neurological, and geriatric services. Our team cares for adults with conditions like dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s Disease, traumatic brain injuries, memory loss, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, psychosis, and medication-related issues.

We also implement the Long-Term Care Antipsychotic Stewardship™ program. This program helps reduce unnecessary medication for residents with dementia and psychiatric conditions, leading to better clinical outcomes and supporting long-term care facilities.

We partner with nursing homes and memory care facilities across Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. Our goal is to ensure the best outcomes for residents and help our partner facilities maintain regulatory compliance.
