About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of a commercial pharmaceutical account, serving as a trusted client partner and helping bring integrated communications programs to life.
You’ll manage projects from brief through delivery, working closely with Creative, Digital, Scientific, and other cross-functional teams to ensure work aligns with client and brand objectives. You’ll also oversee timelines, budgets, and account operations while helping identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the client partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Manage integrated commercial communications projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring alignment with client and brand objectives.
- Partner with Creative, Digital, Scientific, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work across multiple channels and tactics.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with quality and compliance requirements.
- Anticipate client needs, proactively address challenges, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned.
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth and support proposal development and new business initiatives.
- Support and mentor junior Client Services team members while promoting strong collaboration across the account team.
About You
- Healthcare communications, pharmaceutical advertising, or related agency experience.
- Experience working on commercial pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts and delivering integrated communications programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong client relationship and account management skills.
- Confident managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and financial performance.
- Comfortable collaborating with Creative, Digital, Scientific, and other cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced agency environment.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation
$70,000—$80,000 USD
