AssistIQ, founded in 2022, partners with health systems to eliminate manual supply tracking in operating and procedural rooms. We use AI-powered computer vision to automatically capture and track every product used. This data integrates with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs), helping health systems reduce waste, recover revenue, and free up clinicians to focus on patient care. We aim to help make supply chain decisions smarter and operations more resilient. AssistIQ has 11-50 employees.

We offer a product suite for supply usage and management:

• AIQ Capture uses computer vision and machine learning to instantly recognize and log supplies and implants, even without barcodes or manual entry. It identifies over 98% of items in less than a second, documents details directly to EHRs/ERPs, and provides real-time alerts for expiring products.
• AIQ Charge Capture uses AI to detect and resolve charge discrepancies with product images and accurate details. It posts charges directly to systems like Epic, flags case-level issues for unique products, and creates documentation for audits.
• AIQ Insights analyzes real-time product usage and cost data across different locations and physicians. It identifies and prioritizes unwarranted variation in product use based on cost implications.

Our system integrates with EHRs and ERPs. We offer real-time integration for EHRs and same-day synchronization for ERPs. We adhere to data security and compliance standards like HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, and HL7 V2. We have partnered with health systems including Allina Health, Owensboro Health, the CHUM, and Northwell Health. Partners have reported:
