Atria Health and Research Institute

Atria Health and Research Institute was founded in 2022 and has 201-500 employees. We operate as two main entities: the Atria Health Institute and the Atria Research and Global Health Institute.

The Atria Health Institute is our membership-based healthcare practice. We offer personalized, preventive medicine through a full-time team of over 50 doctors across more than 15 specialties. These include internal medicine, pediatrics, cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, exercise physiology, integrative health, medical dermatology, metabolic health, nutrition, performance and movement, women’s and men’s health, and sleep medicine. Our services include thorough screening, advanced treatments, lifestyle guidance, and ongoing care, using our on-site testing and imaging technology. We have locations in New York (36 East 57th Street, New York, NY 10022) and Palm Beach (50 Cocoanut Row, Suite 100, Palm Beach, FL 33480), with new locations planned for Los Angeles and the Bay Area in 2026.

The Atria Research and Global Health Institute is our nonprofit research center and think tank. We explore new preventive health strategies, publish scientific research, and work to quickly bring medical breakthroughs into practice. We have a network of over 100 fellows and aim to improve medical care through original research, partnerships, and evidence-based programs. We collect data to show how well preventive approaches work and openly share medical education content for doctors and patients. Our technology teams design and scale data pipelines and warehouse architecture, integrate EMRs (like Athena), and develop internal tools. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, Node/Express, React, Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, and Kubernetes, along with analytics tools like Mixpanel.

Our mission is to shift healthcare from reactive ‘sick care’ to proactive, preventive care. We aim to prevent disease and extend healthy life for everyone by putting scientific advancements into practice. We want to prove that personalized prevention can reduce chronic disease and extend healthy life through long-term research, and we constantly explore what’s biologically possible in our clinical practice.

A key part of our mission is to provide modern medical knowledge for free. We believe that advances in science and medicine should benefit everyone, and that valuable information shouldn’t be hidden behind paywalls.
