• Incident Reporting: Frontline teams can quickly capture information and create reports (often in about three minutes) to identify individuals impacting stores.
• Investigation tools: We help resolve cases faster through secure collaboration. Cases typically close in about 13 days from the first incident.
• Connect the Dots: We use AI to link and identify known individuals involved in events. Our data shows that a small percentage (10%) of offenders can cause a large portion (62%) of loss.
• Insights & Reports: We convert intelligence into actionable insights. Data indicates that 20% of offenders drive 71% of loss.
• LPR (License Plate Recognition): We provide automatic detections and alerts for known offender vehicles, helping prevent repeat loss and violence.
• Debt Recovery: We automate follow-up and payment, which can increase debt recovery rates by up to 50%.
• Integrations: Our platform connects with over 40 industry partners.

We serve 150,000 retail users protecting 45,000 stores and support 3,000 law enforcement agencies with 32,000 law enforcement users. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is over 70.
