Overview:
AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for an experienced System Administrator - OneStream who is passionate about integrating a state-of-the-art finance operating system at a fast growing software company.
What your day to day will look like:
- Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy, consolidation integrity, and timely reporting
- Collaborate closely with our implementation partner to lead and support the successful build-out of our OneStream platform.
- Manage and support data integrations (including data loads) between OneStream and source systems; including NetSuite, Power BI Cube or dynamic CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, and Concur
- Attend Scheduled OneStream training sessions
- Perform system troubleshooting and resolve application and data-related issues
- Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and cube views to support operational and financial reporting needs
- Partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Analytics teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing and validation activities
- Ensure data integrity through routine validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, process flows, and user guides
What you will bring to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience administering OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms (e.g., Hyperion, SAP)
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, people cost analysis, and reporting processes
- Proven experience building and maintaining cube views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules
- Experience with data integrations and ETL processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A consultative, solution-oriented mindset. You are always questioning the status quo and finding ways to innovate and elevate where you see opportunities to raise the bar.
- You have a deep sense of personal responsibility, strong attention to detail and organization, and enjoy juggling many priorities at the same time

The Salary Range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
