Founded in 1935, we are a global materials science company with over 10,000 employees. We specialize in designing and manufacturing labels and packaging materials for various industries. We offer pressure-sensitive labels, label adhesives, roll-fed sleeve film, label liner materials, and other packaging materials. We work with converters, brands, and designers to create labels that protect, inform, decorate, and engage customers. Our solutions serve markets from professional sports and entertainment to in-store signage for retailers like Dollar General, and reflective materials for traffic and safety sheeting across the U.S. We also provide shopper marketing through Vestcom Media Solutions for consumer packaged goods companies and major grocery accounts, and support healthcare and industrial clients. Internally, we manage global payroll and HR services, and oversee global indirect procurement.

We encourage collaboration and cross-functional partnerships across departments like Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Merchandising, Store Planning, Sales, Technical Services, Product Management, R&D, and Finance. We use data to make HR and commercial decisions, always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency. Many of our roles follow a hybrid work model, often requiring a few in-person days per week. Some positions, especially in sales or global leadership, are remote or home-office based and involve travel. Our culture values strategic leadership, selling based on value, customer engagement, and strong brand visibility. We also support talent mentoring and development. For some hybrid roles, our workday is typically 8 AM to 5 PM.
