PM Right-Hand: Assist Product Managers in gathering data for product launches, tracking lifecycle performance, and maintaining the product database.
Market Intelligence: Interpret market data, automate intelligence gathering and translate it into actionable reports for the internal team.
Dashboard Creation: Transform raw data from multiple datasources (i.e. financial reporting, SFDC, production data) into actionable Business Intelligence dashboards.
Digitalization & System Management (40%):
Salesforce (SFDC) Lead: Take ownership of data hygiene, lead management workflows, track marketing campaigns and clean up legacy structures to ensure the commercial team has high-quality data.
Pricing & Pricing Tools: re-design, lead the implementation and daily maintenance of our pricing tools.
Automation: Drive projects to automate recurring tasks that support Product Managers, such as Product Codes and Technical Data Sheets, ensuring our technical documentation is digitized, accurate and easily accessible.
Content Coordination & Communications (20%):
Marcomms Liaison: Act the primary contact for Performance Tapes Marketing Communications requirements with internal and external partners.
Communications: Own customer communications templates and coordinate with Corporate Marketing and Legal.
