We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, in a hybrid-to-remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring complete order fulfillment, and advocating for customer requirements to enhance satisfaction and operational responsiveness. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and proactively communicating supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts with regard to order processing, order tracking, delivery schedules, and complete order fulfillment.
- Utilize computer systems to document customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of order status and progress.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
- Communicate supply chain challenges proactively and present viable alternative solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related discipline, ideally in the textile industry.
- Proficiency in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated excellence in data entry and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and issues.
