About the role
Become our new talent in Customer Service! To strengthen our European Customer Service team, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative BeNeLux at our Turnhout location for our Label Packaging Materials division, with a direct reporting line to our Teamlead Customer Service BeNeLux & Nordics. In this role, you will serve as the core engine for your assigned business accounts, ensuring seamless operations and cross-border alignment. This is a hybrid position with teleworking opportunities to support a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact person for business customers regarding all matters related to label solutions, handling everything from order processing and pricing to delivery date coordination.
- Actively collaborate with field sales teams, logistics, and production to ensure seamless, high-quality customer service.
- Participate in shaping and optimizing internal and external operational processes, including technical advice, sample shipping, and operational capacity planning.
- Take independent ownership of managing, supporting, and strategically developing your assigned customer base to actively contribute to the company’s success.
- Work cross-border with various international teams to build and maintain close, long-term relationships with customers across the Benelux countries.
Qualifications
Required
- Completed commercial or technical training, a corresponding degree, or a similar qualification.
- Professional experience in B2B sales or customer service, ideally within an international environment or dealing with complex products.
- Absolute fluency in both Dutch and English.
