Join the Commercial stream of our two-year rotational European Graduate Program within our Materials Group Business Unit and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing. You’ll rotate through different assignments, exploring diverse marketing disciplines and developing the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced commercial environment. This is your opportunity to shape your career path, build your professional network, and make your mark with a global industry leader.
Your tasks may include activities such as:
- Championing our products as you manage all aspects of the product lifecycle within a specific market segment, influencing key decisions around pricing, promotion, placement, and innovation.
- Gathering customer insights, defining unmet needs and translating product technical attributes into value propositions for existing and new innovation.
- Driving growth by supporting and leading key Marketing initiatives in order to achieve strategic business targets
- Showcasing your creativity and communication skills by developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

Qualifications
We are looking for creative and collaborative problem-solvers who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact and contribute their unique strengths and ideas to our team.
What we also expect you to have:
- University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Engineering / Chemistry or Materials Science (preferrably with focus on polymers) field
- Some relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in an international manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in English
