About the role
We are Avery Dennison Labels and Packaging Materials EMENA’s inhouse team of creatives and communicators with expertise across digital, design, content, PR and events. We ideate, write, design and produce engaging content, campaigns, events and tools (both physical and digital) - with the aim to grow our brand, engage with key audiences, and launch new product innovations.
We follow creative trends and industry insights. We get inspiration from the magic of materials - in particular those that are sustainable and digitally enabled. And we partner with designers, materials scientists, industry experts and future thinkers from around the world.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist – Premium and Pharma Solutions to join our MarCom team. In this role you will collaborate with marketing, sales and other key internal and external partners to plan, execute, monitor and evaluate marketing communications programs and campaigns. You will be responsible for the project management of all marketing communications initiatives of the Premium and Pharma segments, including product launches, events, social, PR and advertising. You will also develop MarCom segment strategies and annual plans, lead content briefings (working closely with copywriters and designers) and manage the MarCom segment budgets.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role based in Oegstgeest.
Develop MarCom segment strategies and lead the annual planning of campaigns and activities.
Project management of all MarCom initiatives for the Premium and Pharma segments including product launches, events, social, PR and advertising.
Develop 360 communication plans including clearly defined scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
Create clear and complete project briefings for our creative team tailored to target audiences.
Plan and create high-quality content, including articles, sales collateral, case studies, and customer communications in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Qualifications
Required
A degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices, such as SEO, email marketing, GA4, Google Ads, social media management.
Fluent in English.
Skills you need to succeed
Ability to develop strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be highly organized in setting priorities.
Demonstrates strong ownership and execution of projects, and is capable of managing the budgeting process within assigned projects.
Ability to rearrange schedules to meet business needs and respond swiftly to changes or unforeseen problems.
Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
