This is a hands-on, delivery-focused individual contributor role that partners closely with the Global Readiness Manager and cross-functional teams across Product, Legal, Billing, Tax, Compliance, Localization, Support, and Client-facing functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing complexity, and experienced in global SaaS launch environments.

Reporting to the Global Readiness Manager this role supports markets across APAC, the United States, and Europe, depending on assignment, and serves as a central coordination point for readiness planning and execution.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own day-to-day program management for country launches and regional expansions across assigned markets
  • Plan, coordinate, and track readiness activities across cross-functional teams to ensure launch timelines reflect full localization and operational readiness
  • Build strong working relationships with Product, Sales, Legal, Billing, Tax, Compliance, Localization, Support, Implementation, and Training teams
  • Conduct readiness assessments and requirements review sessions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, regulatory experts, and localization teams
  • Manage end-to-end launch execution using JIRA, Wrike, Confluence, and related program management tools
  • Coordinate and triage launch-related workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness checkpoints
  • Monitor progress on a regular cadence; identify risks and dependencies and drive resolution with stakeholders
  • Own regional launch reporting, including status updates, readiness metrics, and risk summaries
  • Use dashboards and metrics to analyze outcomes, identify trends, and surface readiness gaps
  • Communicate program status, risks, and proposed resolutions clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Provide guidance on best practices to ensure content, configurations, and workflows are developed with global readiness and localization in mind
  • Support ongoing country updates, annual reviews, and monitoring of regional regulatory and operational requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of global readiness playbooks, SOPs, and standards
  • Provide tactical support to the Global Readiness Manager on readiness initiatives beyond individual launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Studies, Localization, Operations, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience supporting country launches, global SaaS expansions, localization programs, or cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working across multiple regions, including APAC, the United States, and/or Europe
  • Solid understanding of localization, internationalization, and regional regulatory and operational considerations
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity
  • Strong experience with project management and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience producing executive-ready status reporting, risk summaries, and readiness metrics
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus
