The IT team at Axonius is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to enable efficient, compliant operations for our global workforce.
This hybrid Tier-3 role balances expert user support with complex systems administration, focusing on the management of critical SaaS applications and infrastructure.
You will be a vital partner in implementing automation, managing identity platforms, and ensuring the highest levels of system availability and security from our Israel office.
Responsibilities
- Systems Administration & Identity: Lead the design and implementation of SaaS applications into Okta, including SAML/SSO configuration, SCIM provisioning, and rule automation.
- Infrastructure Management: Administer and ensure the security of core platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF (macOS), and Intune (Windows).
- Tier-3 Technical Operations: Resolve complex hardware and software escalations, perform root cause analysis, and participate in an on-call rotation for global support.
- Vendor & Project Integration: Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to integrate complex data connections for enterprise applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional IT experience with at least 2 years specifically in SaaS administration and Identity Management (Okta).
- Technical Stack: Proven expertise in Endpoint Management using both JAMF and Intune.
- Identity & Security: Hands-on experience with SAML, SCIM, SSO, and automated provisioning/de-provisioning workflows.
- Availability: Ability to work 4 days a week from the Israel office and participate in a global on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automation: Demonstrated ability to develop automation processes to streamline repetitive IT operations and workflows.
- Network Proficiency: Practical experience with network troubleshooting and management tools, specifically Cisco Meraki.
- Communication: Fluency in English for leading technical meetings with global vendors and stakeholders.
- AV/Collaboration: Advanced knowledge of Zoom Room configurations and AV conferencing standards.
- Mentorship: Experience coaching junior support engineers and creating technical documentation.
- Enterprise Apps: Familiarity with high-level integrations for Workday or NetSuite.
