Founded in 2014, we are a biotechnology research company focused on developing one-time, disease-modifying gene therapies for pediatric central nervous system (CNS) disorders. Our approach uses a cell-selective targeting and regulation platform to improve gene specificity and cell selectivity.

Our product candidates are designed to overcome limitations of first-generation gene therapies by enhancing specificity, selectivity, and potency. This technology works with various delivery systems, allowing us to control where and when therapeutic transgenes are expressed. We aim to address the root cause of neurological diseases and provide lasting benefits.
