As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, you’ll Perform multiple functions related to commercial loan servicing for non-complex loans. Maintain proper loan records, perform GL balancing, and ensure servicing requests are processed accurately, in accordance to internal guidelines, and within established service level standards

In this role you’ll

  • Prepare and process collateral releases for commercial and commercial real estate loans while ensuring all controls are met prior to lien release.
  • Research and resolve loan-related issues and servicing requests, providing timely support to business lines.
  • You’ll communicate with internal partners regarding post‑booking matters, imaging, payoffs, reconveyances, and loan maintenance inquiries.
  • Process GL certifications, balancing, and invoice payments while monitoring and reconciling Loan Operations GL accounts and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Prepare and post journal entries to clear reconciling items and escalate issues within established timeframes.
  • Process payoff quotes and work closely with title and escrow companies to support timely loan closings.
  • Monitor and maintain collateral tickler systems to ensure proper loan collateral perfection.
  • Manage UCC reports to ensure lien filings are continued, amended, or terminated as required.
  • Review and submit CoreLogic tax reports to business lines for further processing.
  • Review flood and hazard insurance documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • You’ll follow all policies, procedures, security standards, and government regulations.

What we’re looking for

  • You have a high school diploma or GED (Required).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • You have entry‑level experience with commercial loan documents, preferably including commercial real estate (Required).

  • Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $ 21- $30
