Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and detail‑oriented Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst & Administrator to join our Infrastructure team, based out of Toronto, ON. The Health & Safety Analyst & Administrator will be responsible for supporting the team with administrative and data‑related duties and liaising closely with the Field Services team.
Bantrel Infrastructure, is a key sub-vendor to Bechtel, have been appointed the Delivery Partner within an integrated team with the customer, Metrolinx, for the Ontario Line Subway (OLS) Project and will work in a Delivery Partner role within an integrated team with the customer organization for a Subway Project in Toronto, Ontario. The project scope includes the design build, operations and maintenance of all infrastructure and rail systems associated with 15 stations and over 15km of new alignment, being performed by two key PPP Contractors and multiple advanced early works (EAW) packages Contractors and two large Progressive Design Build Contracts. The scope includes both managing the Works associated with the program and with the individual construction projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Environment, Safety & Health Director and team with administrative duties, including maintaining records and data in both electronic and hard‑copy formats
- Support all Integrated Project Team (IPT) members by providing Environment, Safety & Health data and information as required
- Liaise with Environment, Safety & Health and Field Services teams to capture data from all ESH field engagements
- Develop and maintain data input methods using Microsoft Power Apps or Microsoft Forms to store Environment, Safety & Health data within the common data environment
- Record details, findings, and corrective actions resulting from ESH field engagements
- Prepare, update, maintain, and distribute project Environment, Safety & Health statistics
- Ensure all Environment, Safety & Health statistics are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Prepare and distribute statistical summaries and reports as required
- Update, file, and maintain all project Environment, Safety & Health records
- Prepare, update, and maintain logs of Environment, Safety & Health document submittals and review comments, including submissions from the IPT to Contractors and from Contractors to the IPT
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative, reporting, or data‑driven roles, with demonstrated exposure to Health & Safety or regulated construction environments
- Advanced analytical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, including the ability to manage, analyze, and present safety performance data for internal reporting and external stakeholders
- Proven experience using document control systems and enterprise data management tools, with the ability to establish, maintain, and audit data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work across multiple priorities in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven project environments
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, dashboards, and correspondence for management‑level audiences
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through
- Proven capability to build trusted, collaborative working relationships with project teams, contractors, and client representatives
- Experience supporting large infrastructure, construction, or mega‑project environments considered a strong asset

Base Annual Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 CAD per year (Bantrel provides a competitive compensation package that reflects the skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the role. The figures shared represent base salary only and do not include other elements of the Total Rewards offering. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and alignment with the role requirements.)
