About Vatica Health
We were founded in 2011 to provide risk adjustment and quality of care solutions to health plans and providers in the Hospitals and Health Care industry. Our model integrates expert clinical teams with comprehensive data and PCP-centric technology at the point of care. This approach helps capture accurate diagnosis codes, which improves performance for health plans and providers, enhances patient care, and reduces compliance risk. Our solutions address shortcomings in traditional risk adjustment models by focusing interventions on the primary care physician (PCP). We offer Risk Adjustment Software and Professional Services, HCC Coding Solutions, and help enhance Medicare Annual Wellness Visits. Our technology combines clinical information from various sources, including EMR and health plan data, to create a comprehensive patient view. We assign licensed nurses and administrative support to practices. They handle much of the prep work, reducing provider workload. All coding and documentation are reviewed by AAPC™-certified clinical validation auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance. We operate in 41 states, serving over 1.7 million patients and partnering with more than 11,000 providers. We have 14 national and regional payer clients. We have been named Best in KLAS® for Risk Adjustment Software and Professional Services three years in a row (2025, 2024, and 2022). In 2023, Frazier Healthcare Partners acquired us, following a recapitalization by Great Hill Partners in 2018. We later merged with Cozeva.
