We started as a non-profit in 1999, specializing in educational and behavioral health staffing for schools, homes, and community settings. We partner with school districts, intermediate units, and behavioral health programs to provide support staff for children and adults with special needs. We work with individuals who have diagnoses such as autism, behavioral mental health conditions, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. We provide services in counties like Berks, Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery, Perry, and York.
We staff roles like Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Paraprofessional, educational consultants, behavior analysts, personal care assistants (PCA), therapeutic support staff, mobile therapists, BCBA, behavior consultants, teachers, and Case Specialists in ABA clinics. We also offer professional resources, coaching, counseling, and paid training for our staff. Additionally, we provide grants and scholarships.
