Founded in 2012 at Stanford’s social algorithm laboratory by Farnaz Ronaghi and Amin Saberi, our approach emphasizes purposeful practice, application, coaching, mentorship, and group collaboration. We work with global corporations, executive education providers, and training firms to develop high-value capabilities and accelerate business performance.

Our platform includes AI-assisted course creation, drag-and-drop tools, and integrations with LMS, HR systems, and external content. We support social and peer learning with built-in feedback and interactive content. We help build current and future job-critical skills through data-driven assessments and real-time analytics dashboards that show measurable impact. Our platform scales easily for organizations of all sizes, with flexible configurations and global compliance. We also offer Mentor+ and NovoAI, our suite of artificial intelligence features that includes AI translation for global learning experiences. Our core capabilities are practice and application, collaboration, peer learning, feedback, insights, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. NovoEd was acquired by Devonshire Investors in 2018 and is SOC 2 Type II certified for data security and confidentiality.
