We provide a benefits platform and brokerage services to employers, employees, and their families. We are a full-service employee benefits broker, licensed in all 50 states, with national relationships with 176 major insurance carriers.

Our Bennie App helps employees access benefits information, view ID cards, find in-network providers, explore costs, and browse our Marketplace, which has over 80 vendor partners. The app also includes a healthcare concierge service for help with claims, coverage, and enrollment questions.

We offer dedicated benefits consulting, working closely with HR teams to manage benefits strategy. This includes the Better Health Plan, a level-funded option that aims to improve cash flow with lower monthly healthcare payments, provide plan design flexibility, and limit employee out-of-pocket costs.

We support over 100,000 members and have a high employee satisfaction rate.
