Now we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Manager to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and management accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial processing. This role is well-suited for a professional with 2–3+ years of experience who is looking to grow within a structured finance function and gain exposure to international operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or management accounting.
  • Strong working knowledge of the 1C accounting system.
  • English proficiency at an Intermediate level or above.
  • Experience with foreign banks and international payment systems is considered a plus.
  • Experience in fixed assets accounting and management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing, entering information from statements of banks, payment systems into the accounting system.
  • Working with primary documents – issuing new invoices and processing already prepared invoices, acts of acceptance of services. Entering these and other relevant data into the accounting system.
  • Preparation of reconciliation acts with counterparties upon request.
  • Assistance in organizing and maintaining the company’s document flow.
  • Communication within the finance team on the company’s income and expenses.
  • Assistance in preparing the company’s management reporting for management - PNL, Cashflow, Balance.
  • Partial accounting of the company’s fixed assets and control of the consolidation of this data from several accounting databases.
