We founded Better Health Group in 2006 as a value-based primary care organization. Our goal is to shift healthcare from treating sickness to promoting wellness. We help primary care providers by giving them the tools and insights they need to practice medicine and manage their clinics more effectively within a value-based care model. Our network includes both our own VIPcare clinics and independent clinics.

- Clinic Insights: We translate this data into actionable care management suggestions, helping clinics identify and prioritize patients who need engagement.
- Financial Security: We provide financial stability with predictable monthly payments per patient, boost fee-for-service revenue, and offer quality and shared savings bonuses, all while protecting clinics from downside risk.
- Staff Support: We offer staff support to handle administrative tasks like patient outreach, coding, billing, and payer relations. This includes providing on-site coordinators and practice coaches.
- Quality Management: We manage HEDIS, CQMs, MIPs, and Star Ratings reporting, helping clinics maximize their value-based incentives.
We partner with nearly 700 owned and independent clinics, serving over 312,000 patients across six states (Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Georgia, and Alabama). We work with Medicare Advantage, Traditional Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers. Our organization is in the top 5% nationwide for Medicare, holding a 4.5 weighted average Star Rating. We manage over $1.2 billion in medical expenses and our ACOs have achieved shared savings for six years running.
