We aim to make quality primary care affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. We operate over 125 offices in 19 major U.S. cities, plus provide 247 virtual care.

Our services include comprehensive primary care like preventive care, managing chronic diseases, and mental health support. We address a wide range of specific health concerns, from depression and anxiety to allergies, diabetes, and sports injuries. We also cover women’s health (menopause, contraception, IUDs), men’s health (erectile dysfunction, hair loss), and LGBTQIA+ health.

Our mobile app lets you schedule appointments, request prescription refills, securely message providers, and access health records. You can also use it for 247 on-demand video chats for quick medical questions.

A direct-to-consumer membership costs $99 per year, with a discounted rate for Amazon Prime members in the first year. We also work with over 11,600 companies to offer health benefits to their employees.

In September 2021, we acquired Iora Health, a primary care group for Medicare patients. As of February 2023, we joined Amazon. Each month, 45% of our members use our digital services.
