About Hopscotch Primary Care
We started in 2021 to bring accessible and proactive primary care to seniors in rural communities. We serve patients with Medicare, including Medicare Advantage, Original Medicare Part B, Medicare Supplement/Medigap, and Medicare/Medicaid plans. Our clinics, located throughout North Carolina, provide advanced primary care supported by our providers and technology.
We offer comprehensive care, longer appointment times, support from multidisciplinary care teams, same-day appointments, and help with insurance navigation.
Our leadership team includes Tim Gronniger (CEO), David Thurlow (COO), Ashley White (CFO), and Dr. Aditi Mallick (CMO).
