Who You Are
BHG is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce administration, Conga Composer/Contracts, and DocuSign to support our enterprise lending platform. This role will serve as the primary administrator for business-critical document generation, electronic signature workflows, and Salesforce platform configuration while partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Lending, Compliance, and Business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly technical from an administration perspective, thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands enterprise business processes, and enjoys solving complex workflow challenges without requiring custom development. This individual will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, improving business processes, supporting production users, and driving continuous platform optimization.
What You’ll Do
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain document templates
- Configure automated document generation.
- Support contract lifecycle processes.
- Troubleshoot template merge issues.
- Optimize document generation performance.
- Partner with Legal and Operations on document enhancements.
- Maintain template governance and version control.
Salesforce Administration
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform for multiple business units.
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules, approval processes, flows, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, queues, public groups, and custom metadata.
- Perform user provisioning, role management, security administration, and license management.
- Monitor platform health and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Support production incidents and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
- Assist with release management, regression testing, and deployment coordination.
Conga Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for the enterprise Conga platform, including:
- Conga Composer
- Conga Contracts
- Conga Batch
- Conga Trigger
- Conga Grid
- Conga Sign (if applicable)
DocuSign Administration
- Administer DocuSign eSignature integration with Salesforce.
- Build and maintain DocuSign envelopes.
- Configure routing rules.
- Maintain templates and reusable workflows.
- Troubleshoot signature failures.
- Support authentication and security settings.
- Partner with Compliance on audit requirements.
Business Process Automation
- Build scalable Salesforce Flows.
- Enhance automation across Sales, Lending, Operations, Customer Service, and Legal.
- Eliminate manual processes through declarative automation.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- Support integrations with downstream systems.
Platform Governance
- Participate in change management activities.
- Support release planning and deployment validation.
- Maintain platform documentation.
- Follow established governance and security standards.
- Assist with sandbox management.
- Coordinate testing activities.
User Support
- Provide Tier II/Tier III Salesforce support.
- Resolve platform-related issues.
- Train end users on new functionality.
- Create knowledge articles and documentation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather enhancement requests.
What You’ll Need
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 3+ years administering Conga products and DocuSign
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Security Model, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Conga and/or DocuSign Certification
- Financial Services, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and partnering with Product Owners and Engineering teams
- Familiarity with Git, Copado, Gearset, release management, and regulated environments
- Experience with UAT, sandbox management, and enterprise platform support
Preferred Technical Experience
- Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards
- Conga Composer, Contracts, Batch, and Trigger
- DocuSign for Salesforce
- Data Loader, Workbench, and SOQL
- Copado or Gearset
- Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- API integrations, enterprise document lifecycle management, and Salesforce Shield
Success Measures
Within the first year, this individual will:
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration for assigned business functions
- Enhance business automation through Salesforce Flow and platform improvements
- Improve document generation and DocuSign workflow reliability
- Deliver exceptional support to business users
- Drive platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence
