About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining user tagging systems to support personalized services and risk control.
- Support analysis of user behavior data to help build accurate and dynamic user profiles.
- Participate in data mining and feature engineering tasks to extract insights from user data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Marketing, and Technology to support user segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of user tags and profiles, contributing to data quality improvements.
- Support data-driven decision-making processes across the organization through data collection and reporting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data analytics, user behavior analysis, or customer segmentation concepts.
- Familiarity with Python and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about user tagging methodologies and user journey mapping.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI technologies is a plus but not required.
- Commitment to a minimum duration of 6 months, preferably 1 year.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
