We founded Parakeeto in 2018 to help boutique agencies and consulting firms improve their profitability. We work with creative, software development, marketing, and design agencies.
We combine the roles of a fractional CFO and COO, offering finance and operations reporting along with coaching to help clients boost their margins. Our methods let clients keep their current software, processes, and accounting systems. We help them find profit leaks, define key performance metrics, forecast resources and profits, and manage their data.
We offer a one-time Profit Assessment, which usually takes 2-4 weeks, and ongoing Profit Management plans. We’ve worked with over 300 agencies and consulting firms. While we use our own technology, it mainly helps us efficiently collect, clean, analyze, and report data for our consulting work. We also offer optional bookkeeping and accounting services within the USA.
Mission & Values
We started Parakeeto because our founders experienced firsthand the problems agencies face with poor financial data and reporting. We saw that traditional accountants and fractional CFOs rarely look deep enough into operations, and fractional COOs often don’t have the financial skills to link operations to profit.
Our mission is to fill this gap. We combine finance and operations expertise into one consulting service. We want to give clients useful insights without being too expensive, complicated, or forcing them to switch their current software or processes.
