We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive -ย ย Polish speaking / Growth markets ( m/f/d), , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team.

Your role in BizAway

As a Customer Success Executive, you will manage a portfolio of BizAway clients, ensuring they are onboarded successfully, adopt the platform, renew contracts, and expand their usage.

Your main responsibilities will be:

โ— Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities

โ— Deliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAwayโ€™s onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each clientโ€™s needs

โ— Track client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churn

โ— Drive adoption of BizAwayโ€™s platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutions

โ— Proactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenue

โ— Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the business

โ— Proactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growth

Your basic qualifications

โ— You are fluent in English, Polish and ideally one additional European language (ideally Hungarian, Romanian or Czech) โ— You have 1+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing role

โ— You are comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and client dashboards

โ— You are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-changing environment

โ— You have strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

โ— Experience in SaaS, Travel Tech, or fast-growing scale-ups

โ— Experience managing a large volume of B2B clients

โ— Additional language capabilities
