We are a fractional human resources consulting firm founded in 2014, with a team of 1-10 professionals. We deliver HR services customized for growing businesses, including entrepreneurs, start-ups, and companies experiencing rapid growth. We operate remotely across all 50 United States and Canada, with our base in Vancouver, British Columbia.

We offer scalable human resources consulting solutions on an hourly basis. Our services cover various aspects of HR, such as operational HR consulting (policies, compensation analysis and design, performance management, workforce planning, and managed exits).

We also provide recruitment and growth support, including culture development and customized recruitment packages to attract and retain talent. Additionally, we offer culture and leadership training through customizable modules and workshops. We also provide global workforce and immigration services for managing distributed teams, Canadian immigration, or international assignments. We describe ourselves as a collection of skilled consultants rather than an agency.

We provide enterprise-level HR knowledge and emphasize a personalized approach, working in partnership with clients to build strong people foundations.
