We source, roast, taste, and prepare specialty coffee. Our cafes operate in cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, and various locations across Japan.

Beyond our cafes, we sell freshly roasted coffee, craft instant coffee, and chocolate gift sets online and in stores. We also offer customized coffee subscriptions and provide brewing tools and guides, including Chemex and pour-over recipes, for home use.

We work directly with farmers worldwide to source coffee ethically and sustainably, ensuring quality and using small-batch roasting practices. Our work involves managing business strategies and product lines for both our cafes and e-commerce, as well as developing and renovating cafe and facility locations throughout North America.
