We’re looking for a Courier Operations Specialist to join our Delivery team in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building, scaling, and optimising our courier fleet while ensuring a high-quality experience for couriers, customers, and restaurant partners.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to support courier acquisition, onboarding, retention, and day-to-day operational excellence. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment.
Finding root causes and continuously improving - monitoring engagement, quality, and utilisation metrics to ensure a great experience for users, couriers, and merchants. Support forecasting and capacity planning by translating data insights into clear operational recommendations. Owning the supply cost equation. Own day-to-day relationships with third-party logistics partners, acting as a trusted operational and commercial advisor, increasing their share of coverage and engagement in the Bolt Food platform and strengthening their investment through stakeholder management. Lead commercial and operational negotiations, including performance expectations, incentive structures, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, partner launches, and senior-level decision-making. Courier campaign performance ownership – planning, executing, and evaluating courier campaigns (e.g., incentives, activation/reactivation, referrals etc), monitoring ROI and operational impact, and iterating based on performance learnings.
Experience in an analytical, operations, consulting, or commercial role, ideally in a fast-paced or enterprise environment. Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically about operational and commercial trade-offs. You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills (required); experience with BI tools, SQL, or data visualisation tools is a strong plus. Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing external partners. You’re fluent in both English and Polish You thrive in a fast-paced environment
