We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to join our carsharing team in Prague. You’ll be at the heart of our Bolt Drive vertical, directly impacting the strategy of our vehicle fleet and maintaining the highest level of quality for our customers.

Daily Fleet Management: Ensure maximum fleet availability by proactively managing maintenance and minimizing downtime. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 5+ Fleet Specialists, including daily management, training, and measuring performance efficiency. Process Optimization: Streamline fleet operations by creating/updating processes to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate tasks. Automate manual workflows using AI for optimized scheduling, reporting, and predictive maintenance. Cost Control: Manage all costs related to the fleet, including fuel, body repairs, cleaning, insurance, and maintenance. Partner Relations: Maintain and grow professional relationships with dealers, vehicle repair services and other relevant partners. Reporting & Compliance: Oversee comprehensive reporting for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.
You have 3+ years of experience in fleet management, ideally managing large-scale fleets (500+ vehicles). You have a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and value preservation. You are data-driven and tech-savvy, leveraging data, excel proficiency, and a drive to automate manual tasks with AI/workflows to innovate and build the future, not just report. You have excellent communication skills in English and Czech. You demonstrate high attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing high-value assets. Nice to have: You have a proven track record of leading, training, and motivating operational teams, and you know how to design workflows that empower your team to hit targets.
