We are looking for an Expansion Lead – Franchise to own and scale franchise operations in one of our most critical markets. This role sits at the intersection of operations, partnerships, and strategy, acting as the key bridge between Bolt and its franchise partners.
You will ensure franchises are set up for success from day one, drive performance against clear KPIs, and build scalable processes that enable long-term growth across franchise markets.

We are looking for a Franchise Lead to own and scale franchise operations in one of our most critical markets. In this role, you will act as the key link between Bolt and its franchise partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, strong operational performance, and long-term partner success. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive KPI performance, optimize processes, and enable scalable growth across franchise markets.
Lead the full onboarding lifecycle for new franchise partners — from documentation and training through to operational go-live readiness and first-week performance validation; develop and maintain partner-facing documentation, playbooks, and best-practice frameworks to accelerate onboarding and reduce dependency on central teams Own partner performance against agreed KPIs; implement structured performance improvement plans and escalation frameworks where targets are consistently missed Design, standardise, and continuously improve scalable operational processes that ensure SLA adherence and consistent service quality across all franchise markets Act as the primary interface between franchise partners and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Legal), ensuring clear issue prioritisation, fast resolution, and closed feedback loops Conduct data-driven performance and market analysis to surface optimisation levers, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations for partner expansion Proactively identify and escalate operational risks, performance gaps, and structural blockers before they become critical — driving accountability across stakeholders; collaborate with Regional Managers and country teams to ensure franchise operations align with broader market strategy and expansion timelines
3+ years of experience in operations, partnerships, franchise management, or marketplace operations — ideally in a high-growth, multi-market tech environment Proven track record of managing external partners or franchisees against performance targets, with experience designing and enforcing improvement plans Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational decisions; comfortable with Spreadsheets, dashboards, and marketplace metrics Excellent cross-functional communication — you can align Product, Engineering, and Support around partner needs without unnecessary escalation Experience building scalable processes from scratch in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
