Monitoring and documentation of accidents and damages according to specifications Handing in damages and claims with insurances Follow-up communication with customers and insurers about accidents and claims Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance Supporting growth and quality of operations. Assist on further operational duties as requested
You care about people and you are passionate about helping others Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish. You are a collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Polish. You are analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills You are a natural problem solver and quick learner. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
