We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day store operations in Tallinn. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who want to build hands-on experience in operations and logistics.

In this role, you will support operational processes across one or two stores, help ensure SOP compliance, work closely with store teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly while learning on the job.
Responsible for SOP compliance, implementation, and auditing across food safety, health & safety, and store processes (picking & packing, goods acceptance & returns, quality and expiry checks, inventories, etc.) Train, oversee, and support store staff, ensuring high operational standards Own shift planning in accordance with budget and operational needs Manage supplier invoices and returns Act as the direct point of contact with Supply Chain, Commercial, and other Bolt teams for store-related topics requiring quick responses Ensure operations continuity while owning one or two stores, with flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed (standard schedule 9–18h)
Availability to work across different stores according to business needs, including outside normal working hours and covering last-minute urgencies Previous relevant experience in operations management, supply chain/warehouse management, retail, business development, or a related industry Proven track record of achieving quality metrics and operational targets by improving operational processes and frameworks Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making Ownership mindset: proactive problem solver, organized, reliable, and able to handle stress well Communication and written skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
