You will be the key link between Bolt and our driver and fleet partners. Your mission is to maximise driver performance, engagement, and loyalty by building strong relationships, providing expert guidance, and ensuring our partners get the most out of the Bolt platform. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the local operations team.
Driver Engagement & Performance: Build and maintain strong relationships with driver and fleet partners. Proactively reach out with tailored advice, promote earning opportunities, and consult underperforming drivers to steer them towards improvement. Feature Adoption & Education: Drive the adoption of new Bolt features, loyalty offers, and campaigns among your driver portfolio. Educate partners on the Bolt business model and ensure they understand how to maximise their earnings on the platform. Market Intelligence: Collect competition insights and benchmark driver earnings to ensure Bolt remains competitive. Regularly discuss market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings with drivers to inform operational strategy. Quality & Rider Satisfaction: Monitor the quality of your driver portfolio and take direct action where needed. Promote best practices that improve rider satisfaction and ensure high service standards across the platform. New Market Launches: Play a critical role in launching new markets within the country, including market research, supply acquisition, systems configuration, and coordination of launch activities. Feedback & Process Improvement: Collect driver feedback on missing features or pain points and share actionable insights with the team. Critically review internal processes and suggest solutions to improve operational efficiency.
You have 2β3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or analytical role. You have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and are comfortable working with data to track performance and support decisions. You are an excellent communicator in both Azerbaijani and English, with a natural ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with partners. You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership β you work independently towards ambitious goals and don’t wait to be asked. You have a genuine interest in the ride-hailing industry and stay informed about market trends, competition, and the regulatory landscape. You are a team player who supports colleagues, shares knowledge, and continuously seeks self-improvement.
