We are looking for an Operations Specialist - an analytical and solutions-driven professional to take full ownership of marketplace operations and drive sustainable supply and demand growth within Bolt’s ride-hailing business in Poland.

This role involves managing business operations and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Specialist ultimately takes ownership as a marketplace manager, leading their assigned city. The position holds full ownership of metrics and forecasts, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, and defines and executes the city’s strategy.
Be the lead of your city by constantly reviewing core metrics, forming bonds with key partners, and executing your supply, demand, and investment strategy. Creating, optimizing, or even removing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going in the future. Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention. Taking over own projects which contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency with the main goal to get Bolt rides in Poland to the next level. Act as an Account Manager for key Fleet Partners operating in your city, helping them resolve issues and scale their business with Bolt.
You have a data-driven mindset, you approach problems methodically & have +1 years of experience in an analytical position. You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Polish You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets. You can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, staying well-organized and meeting deadlines. You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently. You have a solid understanding of the business landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis - you think strategically and align your analyses with business goals. You are a team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues, while also being customer-oriented and adept at using feedback to improve services/ensure supply growth.
