Workplace Experience team at Bolt is often the first point of contact to our employees and partners. A team that guides and makes people feel welcome when they come to the office. In this role, you will be at the heart of shaping our workplace culture.
Reception & Hospitality: Ensure our Tallinn office reception area is warm and welcoming. Meet and greet employees, visitors and guests with a smile and help them feel at home. Office Administration: Collect, sort and organize packages, mail, invoices and receipts. Open, scan, and archive sensitive documents, forwarding them to the right stakeholders. Tackle various office admin tasks to keep things running smoothly. Event Coordination: Help plan and organize events and celebrations for our teams. Bring a touch of creativity and energy to make every occasion memorable. Team Support: Assist our Workplace Experience Manager, - Specialist and Workplace Real Estate team among other local teams. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience. Manage accesses, parking and merch for the Tallinn offices.
Customer facing experience, a positive can-do and hands-on attitude You are a proactive, passionate, supportive person Problem-solving approach and attention to detail Excellent spoken and written Estonian, English & conversational Russian Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, making the workplace a happy place to be, where employees can thrive, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
