Bolt Market is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead and scale the Stores commercial organization in Latvia.
This is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The yearly gross salary for this role starts from 37 000€ and it’s flexible depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

In this role, you will define and own the country’s commercial strategy and full commercial P&L, balancing consumer experience, revenue growth, and long-term profitability. You will be the senior point of accountability for all commercial operations, setting direction, establishing frameworks, and building high-performing commercial teams.
Define and own the country’s long-term commercial strategy in alignment with global leadership Own the full commercial P&L, including GMV, margin, profitability, and pricing architecture Develop and execute annual and quarterly commercial plans with clear priorities and success metrics Lead strategic relationships with top-tier and national CPG partners, overseeing Joint Business Plans and Growth Tools Set governance and guardrails for promotions, assortment, supplier performance, and commercial decision-making Lead, develop, and retain high-performing commercial teams; act as the key commercial stakeholder locally and globally
5+ years of experience in senior commercial or category leadership roles within ecommerce or retail Proven ownership of commercial P&L and strategic planning at country or regional level Strong people leadership experience with a track record of team development Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field plus English and Latvian proficiency. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in senior, cross-functional environments Strong analytical and financial acumen; experience with Nielsen data is a strong plus
