We are looking for a driven and analytical Senior Operations Specialist to join our team in Latvia. The annual gross salary for this role starts from 30,000 EUR, depending on experience and skills.

As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will drive marketplace performance and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will own key operational workstreams end-to-end, improve planning processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock sustainable growth.
Lead strategic planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring alignment between operational performance, budgets, and company objectives. Own the forecasting and budgeting process, driving accurate monthly and quarterly planning in line with OKRs. Manage and optimize marketplace performance by analyzing city portfolios and translating insights into clear, actionable improvement plans. Oversee pricing and value proposition reviews to ensure competitiveness, revenue optimization, and strong customer experience. Monitor operational efficiency, including OPEX management, city configurations, and driver earnings analysis to support sustainable growth.
BSc in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role. Strong ability to interpret data, independently own complex problems, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, and BI/data visualization tools is a strong advantage. Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and written skills in English and Latvian.
