Job Description
Bolt is one of the fastest-growing startups in the world with over 200M happy customers in 50 countries, from Europe to Africa. We’re building the future of transport – one platform that connects you with cars, motorcycles, scooter sharing, and anything else you need to move around in your city. Fast, convenient, and affordable for everyone, as transport should be.
With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it’s all thanks to our people.
We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!
We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our Vehicle Team. In this role, you will drive business growth on both the supply and demand side through our vehicle-related programs and incentives. You will play a key role in one of Bolt’s largest operational initiatives — the Branded Cars program — ensuring its performance, operational excellence, and continued scaling. This includes owning program performance against targets, defining forecasts, optimizing processes, and identifying opportunities to expand the program’s impact on Bolt’s overall activity. You will manage a small but growing team, with a strong focus on performance management, accountability, and leadership growth.
Define and execute the Branded Cars vision and roadmap, translating strategy into clear priorities, high-impact initiatives, and measurable outcomes. Lead and scale the Branded Cars program — define and execute the end-to-end operational flow from lead acquisition through driver onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention within the program. Drive continuous process and tool optimization through structured experimentation, impact measurement, and scalable best practices. Own, set up, monitor, and action on relevant KPIs to evaluate program performance, driver engagement, vehicle utilization, and retention trends, proactively identifying root causes of performance gaps and driving corrective actions to ensure sustainable growth. Own performance reporting — deliver regular, structured reporting on program KPIs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making. Manage and evaluate outsourced partners, setting clear productivity and performance indicators, and regularly assessing effectiveness in supporting acquisition and operations. Act as the main point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders (Local Operations, Central Operations, Legal, Growth Analytics, Marketing, Product, external partners), to align vehicle initiatives and budgets with broader operational objectives and compliance requirements, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration. Lead, coach, and develop the France Branded Car team, fostering high performance, ownership, and accountability.
- You have 4–6 years of experience in an operations role, ideally within a startup, marketplace, logistics, or strategy environment.
You have experience managing and leading a team of direct reports. You are professionally fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with datasets and tools like Excel or Google Sheets. You are hands-on, structured, and proactive, with the ability to manage ambiguity and translate operational data and field insights into tangible operational decisions. You have excellent project and stakeholder management skills. You are autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility, and you are not afraid to be accountable for your results. You are innovative and able to come up with creative and new ideas to face unforeseen challenges .
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
