We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of our payments and financial services domain within the Commerce team. This includes all products related to payments, billing, checkout, fraud, and financial services, such as the Bolt Rider, Driver, and Courier apps and web portals.
The Bolt Commerce Product team’s goal is to make paying with and getting paid by Bolt simple, intuitive, and reliable— turning complex financial flows into seamless experiences across every Bolt product.

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to drive and execute all user experience and design-related initiatives at a group level. The primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional quality products that effectively meet the user and the business needs across various domains.
Own and evolve the Payment UX across all products. Turn complex payment logics into simple, intuitive user experiences. Collaborate closely with Payments, Fraud, Billing, and Financial Services teams to align business goals with user needs. Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution. Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity. Ensure consistency across surfaces, including onboarding, payments, checkout, and post-order states.
You’re a a cross-functional, customer-first thinker who speaks the language of product, drives discussions, influences stakeholders at all levels, and works closely with cross-functional partners throughout the design process. You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and bold design direction. You know when to prioritize fast iterations for short-term impact, and when to step back, define a broader vision, and work backwards to deliver it. You can communicate fluently in English and effectively articulate your design decisions through storytelling, backed by user insights and strong intuition. You’re highly proficient across the Figma ecosystem, using it for UI, prototyping, system design, and collaborative discovery. You leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping and iterations. You’re passionate about mentoring and guiding other designers, fostering a interdisciplinary environment that elevates overall design quality and team growth.
