Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales leader excited by the prospect of building something from the ground up? This is your opportunity to be the Founding Head of Sales(m/w/d) for Booksy in Germany ๐ฉ๐ช, acting as our very first hire in the market and leading the charge to launch and scale our platform across the country.
You’ll be the architect and driver of our German sales strategy, taking ownership of the entire market’s sales trajectory. Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer, you’ll blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution to establish our brand, define our sales playbook for the region, and build your own high-performing sales team from scratch.

To successfully launch and scale our presence in Germany, you’re going to need a mix of proven leadership and deep market expertise.
Strong experience in sales, with proven managerial experience within the SaaS/Marketplace industry (scale-up).
Proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a new or rapidly expanding market.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience motivating people to take pride in their work and feel part of something bigger.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both German and English.
A highly motivated, self-starting, and results-oriented mindset, you are energised by taking bold steps and moving fast when it matters.
Strong ability to use data and analytical skills to drive your strategic decision-making and forecast market growth.
